Austrian Airlines Fokker 100 “Austrian says goodbye Fokker 1988 – 2017” at Milan Malpensa

Last 9th October, Milan Malpensa Airport hosted the last Austrian Airlines Fokker aircraft wearing a special sticker to celebrate 29 years of cooperation with the Dutch aircraft manufacturer – The Fokker 100 OE-LVE (cn 11499) “Zagreb” will be in service with the Austrian carrier until the end of 2017

SWISS Bombardier CS300 at Milan Malpensa

Last 7th June, SWISS operated the morning service LX1612/1613 from Zurich with the airline’s first Bombardier CS300 – Bombardier C Series aircraft will replace the Avro RJ100s – SWISS is the first airline to operate both CS100s (8 aircraft) and CS300s (1 aircraft)

Airbus A350 scheduled services to Milan Malpensa: Singapore Airlines and Thai Airways International

Since LATAM has replaced its new Airbus A350-900s on the São Paulo-Milan Malpensa route, only two airlines currently operates scheduled services with the A350s to Malpensa: Singapore Airlines and Thai Airways International.

Singapore Airlines operates a five-weekly service Singapore-Milan-Barcelona-Milan-Singapore. Singapore Airbus A350-900s features 253 seats in a 3-class configuration: 42 Business Class seats, 24 Premium Economy Class seats and 187 Economy Class seats.

Thai Airways International A350-900 at Malpensa

Thai Airways International operates a thrice-weekly service Bangkok-Milan; the connection will become four-weekly from 7th August. Thai Airbus A350-900s features 321 seats in a 2-class configuration: 32 Business Class seats and 289 Economy Class seats.
